DMCA Policy for Wickes East Grinstead

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Wickes East Grinstead will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the site.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Wickes East Grinstead may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
